Croft Cottage is a pretty 16th Century thatched Grade II listed historic cottage, believed to be the oldest in the village. It is set in 2 acres of gardens, play areas, and paddocks. It is a very friendly family home, ideal for adults and children alike, who want a relaxing holiday in a lovely setting. Visit Britain 3 diamonds.

The cottage is adjacent to Sandy Balls Estate which has superb facilities open to the public including - outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools, sauna, gym, horse riding, fishing in the river Avon, restaurants and shops. Golf is also available nearby. (The swimming pools are not available during August)

Godshill is a small village on the north western edge of The New Forest, with direct access to superb walks with an abundance of wild life, and many great local pubs serving excellent food. It is an ideal location for touring as it is within a 30 minute drive of Salisbury, Stonehenge, Bournemouth and the south coast, Winchester and Southampton with its ferry port and international airport.

Summer Camping
We also offer 28 day summer camping in the paddock behind the cottage, including electric hook-up if required, toilet, washing up and shower facilities. Unfortunately we do not take caravans. We do take dogs provided they are well behaved and not noisy. They must be kept on a lead at all times. We take families and adults over 21, although sorry we do not take single sex groups.
